If your Ray White G5 login is not authorising you into Field Agent it could be that your account is not Google Mail enabled.
To check this you will need to visit http://www.g5.raywhite.com and select to sign into Ray White Group.
This will take you to the sso.raywhite.com portal where you can use your G5 account to sign in. If this is your first time logging in, after entering your username and password you will have to Accept the EULA.
Once signed in to Ray White G5 to check if your email is enabled you should see a link to "Open My Email". If clicking on this link takes you to your email you should be ok to log into Field Agent for Ray White.
If you either cannot see the email link, or you cannot log in then Google Email has probably not yet been enabled for your office. In this case please submit a support request HOW and WHERE Be sure to include your details and an apmasphere representative will contact you to help resolve the issue.
