When restoring your database from a backup you will need to pause Insights (see the steps below).
Once you have completed your backup you will need to do the following steps again and select 'start'.
Note: Depending on your version of Windows, the images below may look different to what you are using, but the process will be the same.
Here are the steps you will need to follow:
1. Open the Start menu
2. Search for 'Services Configuration Manager'
3. Scroll until you find 'Halo Export Service
4. Right click on 'Halo Export Service'
5. Click on Pause / Start
